Haus of Her Artistry is for nails that feel personal before they feel pretty. The studio treats each appointment like a small portrait: a favorite color, a memory, a mood, a season, or a line from a life that deserves to be seen in detail.

Before your appointment

Arrive ready for your time in the Haus.

Natural nails

Please arrive with clean, bare nails for your first appointment unless otherwise discussed.

Existing products

We do not remove work completed by another salon. Existing gel, acrylic, BIAB, Gel-X, or other enhancements must be professionally removed before your appointment. Arriving with another salon’s product without prior arrangement may result in cancellation and loss of your deposit.

Guests

Please attend alone unless prior approval has been given so the studio remains calm and comfortable.

Age requirement

Clients must be at least 17 years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Mobile phones

You are welcome to use your phone when needed, but minimising distractions helps us deliver the highest-quality service.

Booking & deposits

Your appointment is reserved especially for you.

A $50 non-refundable booking deposit secures every appointment and is deducted from your final balance. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received. The deposit may be transferred when sufficient notice is provided.

Arrival

Beautiful work should never feel rushed.

Please arrive no more than five minutes before your appointment. If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and applicable charges.

Rescheduling & cancellations

Life happens. Notice makes the difference.

More than 48 hours

You may reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit to a new booking.

Less than 48 hours

Your deposit will be forfeited. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged up to the full value of the booked service. No-shows may be unable to make future bookings.

Appointment changes

Tell us early when your vision changes.

Please request service changes as soon as possible. Changes made within 24 hours may not be possible because your appointment time has already been allocated.

Illness & nail health

Your wellbeing always comes first.

Please reschedule if you are unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness. Services cannot be safely performed on fungal infections, open wounds, severe nail damage, signs of infection, or any condition that may affect treatment. Contact us before booking if you are unsure.

Repairs & refunds

Craftsmanship backed with care.

Your nails include a three-day workmanship guarantee. Application-related lifting or breakage will be repaired at the earliest available appointment. Accidental damage, misuse, picking, biting, and improper aftercare are not covered.

Deposits and completed services are non-refundable. Please contact us within three days if you have any concerns so we can help resolve them.

Respect

A safe and welcoming Haus for everyone.

Haus of Her is committed to an inclusive and respectful environment. Abusive, aggressive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation and refusal of future bookings.

Photography & privacy

Your comfort and information are handled thoughtfully.

Photos and videos of completed work may be taken for our portfolio and social media. Simply let us know before your appointment if you prefer not to be photographed.

Your contact and booking details are used only to manage appointments, provide studio communication, and deliver the services you request.
